Trauma-Informed Somatic Intimacy & Relationship Coach

My path into trauma-informed intimacy coaching began over 23 years ago with a deeply personal experience at age 18. When my partner at the time shared the impact of her history with sexual assault—and her inability to feel safe enough to reach orgasm—I felt a profound call to understand how to truly support her. This early encounter sparked a lifelong dedication to the intersection of healing and intimacy.

Guided by a sex therapist and foundational research, I learned the vital tools of trauma-informed connection: communication, safety-building, and deep trust. Watching my partner move from a place of trauma to a place of embodied pleasure was transformative. It didn’t just change our relationship; it set the course for my life’s work.

I spent years training at the Somatica Institute (2019–2022), though I eventually chose to step away to align my practice with a more nuanced, trauma-centered methodology. I later spent two years studying energy work with Lynda Caesara in Berkeley, allowing me to integrate a holistic, energetic lens into my relational work.

Today, I specialize in helping men navigate the delicate work of attuning to a partner’s history of sexual assault. By supporting women in processing these experiences and helping men foster a container of safety, I empower couples to move beyond the shadow of sexual trauma. My mission is to help partners build a connection rooted in deep emotional presence, respect, and mutual trust.
